Clause IV（英文：第四條款）係英國工黨嗰黨章嗰第四條款，話嗰係箇隻黨嗰目標理念同到價值觀。等1995年佢拕修改前，佢一徑備受爭議。
Clause IV係1917年11月拕Sidney Webb草寫正嗰，第年拕寫進黨章。佢嗰內容係：
To secure for the workers by hand or by brain the full fruits of their industry and the most equitable distribution thereof that may be possible upon the basis of the common ownership of the means of production, distribution and exchange, and the best obtainable system of popular administration and control of each industry or service.
