Intro

Number of files (originally 146) now 40 files.

I wrote about files in 2020 here. Since problem was not fixed in 2022 I suggested to delete all non-licensed files in august 2020 here.

89 files was deleted and the rest of the files were put in 3 categories:

• Category:Author died more than 70 years ago public domain files‎: 13 (originally 30 files) (Click to see who uploaded)
• Category:China public domain files‎: 19 (originally 20 files) (Click to see who uploaded)
• Category:Non-free files‎: 8 (originally 7 files)
